Are you more like laid back or party people?
We are laid back. Obviously, we are stereo typically all alcoholics but this is far from the truth. We like to party as much as any other nation but are also extremely hard working and intelligent.

Best food: Dairygold butter/ Cashel Blue Cheese/ Soda Bread. Weirdest Food: Black Pudding (made with cow blood) Local Food To Try: Fresh Seafood/ Tayto Crips/ Ballymaloe Relish

We have fantastic Irish Gins, Whiskey and Locally brewed Lagers. Just ask in any bar or hotel for a local drink.
How is breakfast served in your country?
For special occasion we have a Full Irish Breakfast, meat (bacon, sausages and black and white puddings), eggs, vegetables and potato all fried in creamery butter, it is served with a generous helping of homemade Irish soda or brown bread for soakage and washed down with a strong cup of breakfast tea such as Barry or Lyons tea (depending where you are) and a glass of orange juice.

If I’m staying for less than a week, which city should I choose?
Galway or Cork. You can reach any point in Ireland within 4 hours drive. Dublin is expensive and a little unfriendly compared to other parts of the country. I would visit Dublin but stay in Cork or Galway. They are both much better representations of our country.
