I would describe them as easygoing and expressive.

Same as above since we speak English.

We are mostly party people.

Some local foods to try include roti which is like a flatbread, you can eat it with meat or vegetables. Another would be doubles. It is like a sandwich of fried dough with curried chickpeas in the middle.
The best festival to attend?
Carnival. This is like a street parade where people wear costumes. They dance to soca music. Soca music originated in my country.

We love cricket
What excursions and/or activities do you extremely suggest that visitors MUST do?
I think people should visit our beaches and hike to beautiful places of nature.

There is the Bamboo Cathedral. It is nestled in the West of Trinidad.

The best time to visit would be Carnival time (during February or March) or Christmas time.

People think we have the most public holidays.
